Absolutely gross, stains everywhere. Missing fire alarms, which has also been stated in reviews from 6 months ago. Horrible smell of weed, cigarettes, and mildew. There is no way the 4 star reviews are from people that actually stayed here! If you are worried about your safety stay away. People park at the gas station and run to the front desk that is completely boxed in by bullet proof glass then run back to the gas station and drive off.....fishy I do believe so. Elevators, also kind of sketchy, sometimes before going down they jump up 3 to 5 inches before starting down. They foul smell inside the rooms were overpowering, causing us to develop headaches and nausea. We left for a holiday inn 3 miles away, before our trip had ended. What a difference, you can tell the owner of the holiday inn took pride in what he had, no stains our foul smell. My only wish is that we had read further into the positive reviews, as we had experienced everything in the bad reviews, except for the roaches.

Staff is helpful and very nice. They
also serve breakfast to rival most place's around. For the price it cant be beat. Very affordable. Must come and see for yourself. But I can guarantee it you can rest well Inn knowing you'll have a good stay.

There are so many reviews saying that the hotel was clean which is totally misleading. I was offered two different suites and both had roaches. One room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke and the walls were dirty, the floors were dirty and there were rose petals left from the previous guest. As soon a you step off of the elevators the smell of the hallways make you gag. I informed the front desk and she went to the room to verify there were roaches as if she didn’t already know they have an infestation. She offered me another room but at that point I didn’t feel comfortable even staying in the building because it was so dirty! It was a sketchy area with sketchy people staying in the hotel hanging out in the parking lot area.

We needed a last minute place near the airport and this fit the bill! Affordable price, comfortable rooms, and quiet location. Was able to walk to nearby restaurant for dinner. Only hot breakfast was waffles, but had bagels and cereal too. Kindly held our luggage while we explored a nearby museum before our flight.

Absolutely terrible!!! DO NOT BOOK! The walls look absolutely terrible with holes and different colored paint to cover it. The bathroom walls have stuff all over and the room is ROACH INFESTED!!!!! My sister has killed AT LEAST seven roaches since checking in about 3-4 hours earlier. The hallways stink as soon as you get off the elevators and the rooms as well. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

BEWARE of good reviews!!! Booked this hotel through Expedia for one night as we had an extremely early flight from IAH. I wasn’t looking for 4 star, however, I was looking for a clean and safe location to flop for the night. Based on the reviews saying this was a clean location, I decided to book. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the lobby and hallways. Additionally, the lobby and rooms are not as pictured on the listing at all. The pictures make it appear to be fresh and clean. That is definitely not the case! The hallway carpeting is extremely stained and the walls are filthy. We decided that as long as the room was clean, we would go ahead and stay. Upon entering the room, the floors and walls were also stained. There were puddles of water in the restroom. The curtains and bed smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed cover had stains so I pulled back the sheets to check and found stained sheets that looked like they had not been changed. The smell was so overwhelming that my mom and I immediately choked up and had headaches for the next couple of hours. We immediately checked out and found a clean hotel nearby. If I could give zero stars, I would. The hotel staff was entirely indifferent to the situation and stated that they can’t help the smell. I cannot understand the good reviews listed. They seem like they are for an entirely different hotel!

Was not as advertised. There was a stench of cigarettes and weed upon entering the lobby and elevator. The entire hotel including our room smelled of mildew and chemicals that caused a headache after only 15 min of being there. Everything was dirty as if only the beds had been made. There was blood on my brothers sheets. I would not recommend staying here, it seems they may delete bad reviews as you can only see the good ones.
