I’ve booked this hotel for the last two weeks and I’ve never had any issues up until tonight. Usually there’s a young woman at the desk who is kind and accommodating. Today there was a gentleman I’ve never seen before. I requested the first floor because m I’m pregnant and I had a lot of luggage I could not carry in an incline or stairs alone. He initially gave me a room on the second floor because “he felt like” it would be easier after I explained why I needed a first floor room. I unpacked my whole car and could not get down the stairs and had to go ask again for a first floor, I’m exhausted and frustrated. He told me I was being rude when in reality he just wanted to do things his way. I was more accommodating because I gave it a try but it didn’t work and he became very upset when I came back to ask again for a first floor room. Then he put me in a filthy room, mind you none of the rooms have been dirty before. The tub was filthy there was hair and toothpaste in the bathroom sink. I’m so disgusted and disappointed because I promise I was beginning to love this location. I have spent a lot of money booking here, also, I booked through a third party and he tried to have me double pay when I’m explaining to him I was charged. He arguing me down it’s a hold but the full balance was deducted from my account. And the TV channels are audio only for the most part like 10 channels work, this has never happened here. Mind you he brought me a new remote because the first one wasn’t working at all. This experience really ruined this hotel for me.

The worst hotel ever. Unfortunately I booked two nights, I might as well stayed in motel 6. Ice machine broken vending machine broken they charged me $2 for a bottle of water. Breakfast was horrible bacon and eggs. Too bad if you don't eat pork no other option. Apples coming from the evergreen state, even they were poor quality. Quality inn stands for poor quality at this location.

Stayed here ONE night with my in-laws for a wedding in rooms 218 and 214, this place was pretty gnarly. There was a soggy ceiling and mold in the bathroom and the wooden frames were rotting in the rooms. It’s as if they had done the bare minimum to make the rooms SEEM as if they were clean but a closer look anywhere proved otherwise. I wasn’t going to take any pictures or leave a review since it was just one night, but 4 out of 5 of us are still horribly sick after staying here this past Saturday, almost a week later. I would not recommend to anyone unless you’re willing to put your health at risk for the price of the room.

Muy buen lugar a 10 minutos de Walmart y cadenas de comidas, en recepción todo bien pero no hablan español, mis 4 estrellas es porque en los baños al llegar habían pelos en la tina, y la habitación un poco fría. Pero todo lo demás excelente. El desayuno también muy bien

I was there for about 30 minutes then left, the place was crawling with druggies and prostitution, there were people who were very obviously on drugs across the hall from us. We did not feel safe here and the staff wouldn't do anything about it. DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel lobby looks very nice but the rooms look nothing like the pictures, the tub was gross, the paint was practically peeling from the window sill, the just looking at it was disgusting, the hallways are very dark, the location is sketchy, the parking lot is sketchy, don't let the pictures fool you.

Families: not the place for you. This is not in a nice area. The property is very run down and not like the photos. The room is not horrible, although crumbs on the floor and stain on the blanket, hair in bathroom, etc. We couldn’t get the hot water to work in the shower. The hallway REEKS of smoke. The room had a lot of traffic noise all night. The breakfast area was messy, limited choices, broken juice machine. The yogurt was just great value brand from Walmart. There were bagels, but the cream cheese was a communal container. There were no caffeinated hot tea options. The only hot option was scrambled eggs. My son did enjoy the fresh waffles. The pool was really bad. Several vents are just filled with concrete- so the filtration was extremely questionable. Many tiles missing. Upkeep is not a priority. Most of the beach chairs were ripped and not usable. You will see lots of homeless people in the area, and signs telling them not to eat the breakfast, etc. If my reservation was refundable, I would have went elsewhere.

Hemos ido a hoteles por varias partes del mundo y nunca nos habían negado el uso del baño. Al llegar a recepción mientras hacíamos el registro de la habitación le pregunte a la chica que dónde estaba el baño, me dijo que no podía prestarlo hasta que me diera la llave de mi habitación (dure 40 min más esperando a que terminara el registro y venía de viajar por 17 hrs)

El desayuno muy muy limitado.

Las habitaciones regulares, hay un olor particular en el hotel entre marihuana y zorrillo (aún en el área de no fumadores)

Lo rescatable de aquí es su ubicación.

The air was great super cold. Guy that ckd us in super sweet. Room was clean except carpet your feet were black if u walked barefoot on it. And we had 2 toddlers. Coffee pot didn't wk. Was told we could get free breakfast and eat in the room with our babies with special needs. But was told no when we went to get it unless we pd 20 each to take it to our room . And the hall was full of weed smell from other rooms. So NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. and we only use quality inn but. Not after this |The photo is to prove we was here. This door wouldn't close
