Miss Jackie in the morning was very kind, professional and sweet and does not deserve the abuse which I'm sure she receives from disgruntled guest because of the owners "policies" which seems to be more like extortion. To be honest I wouldn't be surprised if there was some laws in question regarding the way this establishment handles things. I know for a fact that I will not be staying here again. My recommendation for anybody that has no choice but to stay here, take pictures before and after. Also going through a travel site that offers free cancellation anytime does not apply to them. So make sure you don't have an emergency or plans change the day before because you will still have to pay. There are much nicer places around that that don't charge for the things they try to charge you up for.

Great room, and great staff at check-in. Have only stayed a few times and yet she remembered I prefer 1st floor. Always appreciate the breakfast, not so sure about the egg patty though. But plenty to choose from. So nice they added tea bags as none on my first stay, not a coffee drinker. Will stay again, it's convenient to the Dr, as the drive from my house can be annoying in the morning. Rates are reasonable.

We stayed here because we were traveling with our dogs. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. In the evening, the entire outside of the building smelled of marijuana; as did our first room which smelled of both cigarettes and marijuana. The young lady at the desk was kind enough to switch us with no problem. The linens were clean, though the bathroom looked like it needed a little more attention.

After my last stay, my fourth, I was charged $30 from my $100 "refundable" deposit for dog hair on the sheets.
Mind you, I stayed there three previous times with my Service Dog with NO issues. All of my visits consist of arrival, relaxation, sleep, shower, and leave.
I always leave the room almost as neat and clean as I encounter it. This last visit was no exception.
This time they decided to rip me off.
I will not stay here again and suggest that you don't either.
There's a well managed Econo-lodge just one street over. Stay there!!!

Positive: "" Negative: The breakfast was terrible. The room was dated and a little bit dirty. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Very low quality.

Ive been getting rooms here for years and they just keep getting better. In my opinion. The place is alot better than it used to be. Its cozy and comfortable.

If you like the smell of stale urine, then this is the place for you!! We tried two different rooms and both reeked like piss. The carpets were nasty. Absolutely DO NOT trust the pictures posted online. We finally gave up, got a refund, and went elsewhere. Do not waste your time here. We will never, ever consider this place again. Not an email or a phone call from management apologizing for this disaster. Disappointment is not even close to what this was.
