Klasse Hotel, sehr guter Service, außergewöhnliches Ambiente, tolle Umgebung. Der Aufenthalt war ein wahrer Genuss, auch die Angebote (Bar, Launch und Golf) rund um das Hotel sind sehr gut. Leider keine Zeit für eine Golfrunde, aber die Bahnen um das Hotel herum machten Lust darauf......

I am currently staying here and this hotel has far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt an amazing atmosphere of luxury and hospitality. Nancy in security was especially great! She gave me a ride to the nearby grocery store and even offered to wait while I shopped to give me a ride back. She is an excellent ambassador for the Ritz Carlton brand. My room was clean, comfortable and just what I expected from the Ritz Carlton brand. The pool was also just what I needed on a hot Texas day. I enjoyed my time here and I will certainly return the next time I am in Dallas!

The hotel itself missed the mark on the Ritz Carlton gold standard. The highlight of my visit was Dante at the pool. His service was genuine polite and quick. He answered all my questions and made great recommendations. The tuna poke bowl was superb! Cocktails were perfectly made. Definitely visit Dante to get the 5 star service. Thank you to Tabitha for checking on us constantly to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

The transformation of this property from the Four Seasons into the Ritz is remarkable. I cannot imagine a better spot for a family to tuck in for a weekend or for a business group to hold a conference. The Golf course is pristine, the fitness center (including indoor and outdoor pool) has everything you need, and the spa is world-class. Lots of places to walk around and the pickleball courts are a great add. I'm also fond of the location - close enough to DFW/DAL that it's a breeze to get to, but far enough away that once you're beyond the gates, you'd have no idea you were in a major metro area||A few items to add: we started each morning at "Campo" for coffee and fresh pastries - wonderful way to start the day. Knife italian has phenomenal steaks - don't miss 'em. And finally, the poolside food is great. I had a burger, my wife a poke bowl, and some delicious poolside cocktails - perfect!||The staff was fantastic and was there to help us at every turn. We have an infant, so we were a bit nervous about the trip, but everyone was so kind and the staff went out of the way to make her feel welcome too (she loves her new Ritz lion)||We will definitely be back!

The service at the Ritz it's what it's all about. I personally enjoy great service i stayed here for a week at a Villa and enjoyed the location, the pool, and the restaurant. The Italian restaurant was exceptional last time i ate that good was in Italy. The room has all the amenities seeded. I loved the steamer option instead of an Iron. The mini fridge was full of goodies. The Beds were super comfortable. I will definitely be coming back.

I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in Las Colinas, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Janelle at the front desk was particularly impressive; she greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive to my needs.

Her professionalism and knowledge about the hotel amenities made check-in smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with luxurious rooms and top-notch facilities.

Overall, I was impressed with Ritz-Carlton Las Colina, and I can’t thank Janelle enough for her exceptional hospitality!

This is long overdue so my apologies. However, I can definitely go on and on about this property but I would love to put a spotlight on Latrice who happen to check my friends and I in. She was very welcoming and personally made my friend and I birthday celebration memorable and special. Thank you to other staff members on the property that we can in contact with, you all were very informative and personable. This one for the books.
