Switched to Dr. Ho for me and my husband after years at another practice where we never actually met the doctor, only the RNs or PAs in the office. He scheduled an hour for both of us where he actually reviewed records and medical history with us and actually listened to our concerns, and our ongoing medical issues. He gave the appropriate referrals and got us the blood work we were needing. He was able to find a medication for my husband that actually helped him tremendously and since he has actually reduced his stress, lost weight and gotten all his bloodwork from being in the red to green. Appointments have been easy to get as well, whether in person or virtual. So far, I am very happy with Dr. Ho and all his staff.

Wonderful Dr. but the staff who make appointments are extremely rude and disrespectful. Moving to another doctor so I won't have to deal with the staff. Sad to leave Dr. Ho but I cannot stand disrespectful and condescending treatment from uneducated people.

Does makes definitive mistakes, so you have to be discriminating on what he tells you. Told us my dad's bleeding had been from an esophageal varice, when it was actually a different location, at the site of the recent surgery, which the report of the surgeon clearly said. Plenty of other confused answers and smaller mistakes too.
I kind of suspect he (and other hospitalists) had way too many patients, and didn't have the time to be versed in everything at the moment I asked the question... but that's still both concerning as some such mistakes may wind up critical, and also something he could've done better by least saying "let me research more and get back to you" if he didn't know. He's fairly young, and I suspect/hope he may still be a solid doctor in his day, but you have to do your own research and effort if you want the best care.

Dr. Ho is one of the best Doctors that I have worked with! He really takes his time to understand your health concerns and find an optimal solution. Does a great job of explaining the issues and the suggested approaches as well. The support staff is great as well! Highly recommend!

I came to just get some labs and establish care since I ain’t been to a Dr in a few decades bc I’m getting older. Then he started to ask about this and that and next thing I know I’m getting a couple referrals to specialists for things that I know need done but have been procrastinating about and gotta say he’s top notch, very personable, knowledgeable, and my appointment was on time. I hate waiting. Definitely happy he’s my PCP.

Dr. Ho is not a good doctor, period. He does not care about you. He has neglected my family. I wish nothing but bad things for Dr. Ho. He should not be in medicine.
