Dr. Henry Ho - Mt Laurel Township, New Jersey

I went to see Dr. Henry Ho for multiple GI issues. I began telling him where my symptoms began and immediately he cuts me off and says no I'm not interested in the whole story, just what's wrong with you now. I'm feeling shut down by the Dr who is suposed to hear me. He then asks me a series of questions, and as I answer he looks to my husband and says "I'm looking to your husband to see if you are telling the truth". As a woman, this is incredibly demeaning and upsetting to go to a specialist hoping to get help, just to have him cut me off and treat me like a liar and look to another man for my real medical facts. He rushes me out of the office with a bunch of tests. After I complete the tests I hear nothing from him or his office. I am discouraged from seeking more help in case I run into bad doctors like him. If I could give Dr. Henry Ho 0 stars I would.
It's hard to believe in this day and age, female patients have to feel like their doctors do not believe them when they suffer with medical issues.
Dr. Ho, please learn to listen and believe you female patients. It takes a lot of time, money and bravery to seek help and your bad bedside manners hurt us long term.

I like Dr. Ho very much he was nice and explained things very well. He doesnt rush you he answered all my questions. He has a great bedside manner. He is very confident and knowledgeable I like that in my doctor. Also very funny great personality. I highly recommend him.

Dr Ho is pleasant, and not in any hurry. He asked what my symptoms were and explained everything in language I understood. He asked what questions I had for him and answered them all. Then asked for any additional questions. He is knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge. He explained my next steps and what his schedule is for each location so I could find what worked for my schedule. And, he's funny.

This doctor has no bedside manner. He is rude and arrogant. He not even checked me at all. Most of the Gastroenterologist doctors always check your stomach at least. This is not a charity care facility. My insurance pays good money for this expensive visit to see the specialist. Hey doc, You are getting pay good money for this visit at least be nice, do your job, do not be sarcastic at least check the patients stomach, after all you are a gastro doc. He is Very unprofessional.

don't waste your time going with Dr Ho, Well takes note on his computer look at you and said your healthy and laugh. why you have illness my face to him is anyone that is reading this review get another doctor that knows what they doing.
