It's my very first time at this location especially for a truck driver. I was very impressed by the quick check-in process. | Receptionist was pleasant , and the manager MR. AJ was very engaging. He was born and raised in Houston and even offered to show me around town if I were staying longer. AJ was kind enough to offer me water and insisted I called if I needed anything during my stay. | Room: Air conditioned, very spacious and clean with. Has refrigerator, microwave and TV. A simple office space with a comfortable chair and desk. The lounge couch is soft and cool . | Amenities: hair drier in the bathroom. Beautiful vanity mirror in the living area to appreciate your looks. Hanging points with hangers for your clothes. | Bathroom: beautiful marble wall, clean towel set. Soap, and fresh Toilet rolls. |PARKING: Ample parking space. I'll urge the owners to make provisions for trucks. As a truck driver, I'll like to park my truck in the premise and do my "34 hours" rest here . | This location: There are restaurants just walking distance from the hotel. Good for a nice walk around the area.

I am here on business for several weeks. The location suits my needs. Overall very quite at night giving the opportunity for a goods night rest. I think a night shift worker would not have much issue here either. Booking was simple and it was easy for me to extend my stay. Cleaning staff comes daily. Would recommend if you need a place from home for an extended time.

This hotel is top notch! The staff is super friendly and helpful while accommodating you during your stay. The rooms are spacious and clean with updated furnishings after a recent renovation. Being budget friendly, and in close proximity to multiple restaurants and gas stations, it really makes for a convenient stay. I would 10 out of 10, recommend America's Best Value Platinum Inn & Suites to anyone traveling to the Houston area. Ask for the hotel manager, Adrian, the nicest guy you'll ever meet, ready to go above and beyond to tailor your experience. Must see for yourself!

My husband and I were in town on business a little longer than expected so we decided to grab a room around 8pm. The lady at the desk was friendly, accommodating, and informative. The 1st room we got in was very clean but the AC wasn't blowing it's best. My husband (of 23 yrs) was tired, hungry, hot, and not the most patient or friendliest at that moment but the front desk lady and a young man, IMMEDIATELY, came upstairs, changed our room, and then changed it AGAIN because the young man mentioned a room that would cool off quickly. I paid $75 for our room and typically "you get what you pay for" but we received so much more. I would and will absolutely stay here again.

I stayed at the America's best value inn hotel in the fully furnished apartment suite for 5 weeks and I have only good things to say! The apartment looked just like it was advertised and Dhaval (hotel owner) and the entire staff of the hotel took care of our needs very promptly. The location was very convenient as there are many food options nearby and its close proximity to i45. The room was very neat and clean and had all the necessary things we needed for a long term stay. Would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a short or long term stay due to the very comfortable rooms and excellent customer service! Thank you to Dhaval and the entire staff for making our stay so comfortable. Will definitely book again if in the Houston area. 10/10 would recommend

Great spot for the price!

I stayed at Americas Best Value Platinum Inn & Suites, and honestly, it was better than I expected for the price. The staff was super chill and made sure I had everything I needed.

The room was clean, comfy, and had all the basics. The bed was soft, and the AC was on point, which is a lifesaver in this Texas heat. The Wi-Fi was solid too, so no complaints there.

What I really liked was how close it is to everything—restaurants, shops, and easy access to the highway. Parking was a breeze, and I felt safe leaving my car there.

All in all, it’s a great deal if you’re looking for a no-frills, comfortable place to crash. Would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely LOVED my stay at this hotel. My arriving to the front desk girl was super polite and amazing. When i went inside the room it was super clean and satisfied my expectations. No noises at all, my stay was super amazing!!! i would definitely recommend this hotel.
