Wir waren zwei Wochen hier und ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Wir hatten ein recht neues Appartement mit einem Schlafzimmer und Küche. Für die Spülmaschine lagen sogar Tapps bereit und es war kein Problem eine Waschmaschine in der Nachbarwohnung zu benutzen da wir keine hatten.||Pool war sauber und warm und das Personal war freundlich.

This is a great place to stay for an extended period. I didn’t know it was a timeshare and was working and not able to take a tour but staff was very nice and did not push me to do so. Normally these timeshares are very pushy and make a very hard sale but this place was different. I enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable while there. The apartment was very nice ! They could improve on a few things, it is not a brand new location and a few things are outdated. The amenities are great, the property was well maintained and the apartment was clean and provided all you could need during your stay! I loved the full size kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. You are expected to take out trash and clean linens and bedding used. No cleaning provided during stay, personally, I liked this. If you use it, clean it! I recommend this timeshare for vacation. Very close to attractions and lots of restaurants and shopping!

This is actually the second time we stayed here but I forgot to make a review the first time. On my opinion, I enjoy staying at the club resorts because I find that they are very spacious and can sleep 4-6 people. My parents had their own room and I had a spacious room all to myself. There was also a kitchen and a dining area. The rooms were very clean when we checked in. I also love that it’s very close to the Disney parks. My only complaint is the location: It’s near the highway with a restaurant within walking distance, and a gas station right across from the hotel, but nothing else really nearby if you want to got for a walk and explore the area.

Great location and fun amenities. Pool was nice and mini putt putt was a fun time. They tried to sell us on their timeshare opportunities at check-in (yikes). Large enough 3 bedroom and for 700-800 for 4 nights it was good enough!

Was perfect for our softball tournament. We also had our Christmas party in the activity room. The putt putt was fun as well. Rooms are a bit dated but everything worked and great for what we needed.

My husband and I only stayed for the weekend as we were in town for an event. We shared a 3 bedroom condo with my in-laws. The room was great! Super clean!! 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lots of closet space, fully equipped kitchen and large dining room area. Comfortable beds, great water pressure and good products in the shower for convenience. The kitchen was clean and cabinets stocked with dishes. Did I mention how clean the room was?! Highly recommend:)

Let's start with the General Manager Gokul. He is truly dedicated to guest satisfaction and it shows through his compassion and understanding. The front desk staff was incredible, my daughter is very shy but the staff did everything they could just to get her to say hi to them. The activity young lady who was running the marketplace was patient and understand with my kids. Love this resort.

My review is more so reflective of the staff and salespeople working at this resort. We will never set foot on another Holiday Inn Club Vacations property or agree to any more meetings or updates falsely promising to solve all our problems. It started with a lot of grand promises that our family could take vacations any time and go virtually anywhere with ease. When it didn’t work that way, we were invited to more meetings to “fix” what the last individual sold us. Nothing has been fixed. Holiday Inn Club Vacations salespeople have truly taken advantage of us, and we discourage anyone from getting involved with them. The sales personnel will never take no for an answer, they will harass you until you can take it no more. If you use this place as a hotel, great, but do not become an “owner”. It is completely unnecessary, and they will twist your arm for more and more. They have taken over $125,000 from us and they have not fixed anything like they promised. Holiday Inn Club Vacations has burdened us with multiple contracts but told us they were replacing the old “bad ones” with new. Bottom Line: DON'T BUY!
