Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer kühlte nur und konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden. ||Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, inkompetent und konnte/wollte nicht helfen. Wir hatten die Wahl zu stornieren oder im Zimmer zu bleiben. ||Wir haben storniert, erhalten aber keine Antwort, wenn wir das Geld auf dem Konto zurückbekommen. Es war der Dame am Frontdesk „egal“. „Wir können uns ja an unsere Bank wenden“ waren ihre Worte - Danke für nichts! Wenns darum geht unser Geld zu bekommen gehts schnell, wenns darum geht es zurückzugeben ist man nicht zuständig.||Vom Verhalten des Personals uns gegenüber fühlten wir uns massiv diskriminiert, beleidigt und herabgesetzt.||Als Hilton Gold-Mitglied kann ich nur sagen: Bleiben Sie diesem Hotel fern.||Der Goldstatus von Hilton ist nichts wert, denn auch der Chatsupport hilft nicht weiter. Was hilft mir eine unbekannte Antwort in 48 Stunden, wenn ich jetzt Hilfe benötige? Dahinter steckt System, denn so muss man Probleme einfach nicht lösen.||Nach 9 Stunden Autofahrt hätten wir uns gerne ausgeruht und wären gerne einfach nur angekommen. So mussten wir uns ein neues Hotel suchen und werden sicher dieses Hotel meiden und Hilton eher nicht mehr buchen.||Our Confirmation #97528910

Love Home2Suites of all Hilton properties;, free bfast, big rooms with big fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 qn beds & couch. Updated feel, clean. Lots of place to store luggage’s, bags, etc. Parking readily available. Breakfast is good, although my kids like Hampton waffles better as they just have plain waffles here vs getting different flavors at Hampton Inn. ||1 less star only because our room never got cleaned throughout our stay. It says housekeeping cleans every other day. On the 2nd day Saturday, we were gone all morning & came back for a quick rest between 2-3:15pm and put the do not disturb sign then. When we got back to our room that night, it hadn’t been cleaned. On Sunday morning, I messaged the front desk at 7:30am requesting our room to be cleaned as we were out of TP and our trash was accumulating and they agreed. But housekeeping never came. We stayed there 4 nights/5days. Oh well!

UPDATE (11/16): After this review, they answered asking to call them.
I called and they said that there is nothing they can do for me!
You guys paid for my stay in a place I didn’t want to be. Didn’t make it up for me at all!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD AT A HOTEL

I booked a room a week in advance for November 9-11 to spend a weekend with my wife celebrating our 5-year anniversary. To ensure everything went smoothly, I even called the hotel twice during the week to confirm the reservation.

After driving nearly 3 hours, we unpacked at the hotel, went to the front desk, and completed the payment. The receptionist gave us the key, and we headed to our room. But when we entered, we found a DOG inside, along with someone’s personal belongings. Clearly, the room was already occupied.

We returned to the front desk feeling outraged. After explaining the situation, the same receptionist went to check the room, reviewed the system, called the manager, and more—but did everything except resolve the issue. After waiting for an hour at the reception, we were informed that no room was available for us. They then sent us to another hotel 45 minutes away. I asked them to cover the cost of this stay as compensation for the disrespectful treatment we had experienced.

Our entire trip and schedule were thrown off because we ended up in a different city.

Extremely frustrating.

Terrible! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. To top it off, the receptionist was rude, as if doing us a favor by transferring us to another hotel.

My wife and I had an awful experience, it ruined the day and the entire mood.

Been here twice now. Really enjoy it. Breakfast is good (as far as hotel breakfasts go). The rooms are nice, spacious, and comfortable. Service was good. Would go here a third time in a heartbeat.

Positive: The rooms are big and spacious. Beds are comfortable Negative: The breakfast in the morning is not good. Area not clean . Sausage not cooked properly and eggs are terrible. No soft butter for toast or bagels. Front desk staff during the day not friendly at all. Also I got double billed for my 2 night stay.

I made a reservation for work for about 60 days and then called to extend the reservation earlier. No problem. Then 3 days before check in I got a call that they overbooked on of the nights and I would have to find a different hotel. This is very frustrating, because I had other lodging options that I cancelled so I could stay at one hotel. If I was told earlier wouldn’t have been a big deal. But as a very frequent traveler and Hilton member, I’m pretty annoyed about this all.

Really enjoyed staying here for a few weeks for work. Nick at the front desk was very helpful with all our needs. Will definitely choose to stay here in the future when in the area.

We come down for family often and this is our favorite place to stay with our kids. It's very clean, all the staff was very friendly and we love the hot breakfast. The rooms are a decent size but can be crowded with 2 adults and 2 kids for a week stay. We opted for the suite with room this time so hoping it's more roomy for us. The kitchenette is super convenient and well stocked! Looking forward to our next stay this month so we can use the pool this time since it was still cold last time.
