Very walkable to restaurants bars right downtown. The staff was extremely helpful. We really don’t have any complaints.||Room itself was a one bedroom, not really a view, but they did have a rooftop area where you could go up and overlook the city. ||Carried pretty much everything we needed for the week. You have to pay parking. If you have a car fairly easy in an out system works out to $35 a day at this point would definitely stay there again.

We liked the location where you could walk most places. It’s not really a resort, but it does have a pool. The rooms had good enough kitchen and comfortable beds. Quiet and really friendly staff. Parking only $35 a day self park.||Only two guest elevators, but otherwise excellent. Good alternative to usual AirBnB.

I was able to walk everywhere. The Location was great. The Service was awesome. Anytime I called for anything it was delivered within 30 minutes. When I tell you no wait. I mean no wait. Doors always opened by services. When I went out to shop someone always helped me carry my bags to my room. The pool on the roof was to die for. Activities every day if I didn’t want to go out. The patio had a great view . Club Wyndham Austin I definitely will be back. It was so peaceful. Friendly atmosphere. I loved this place. This was my first visit to this Hotel.

The suites are gorgeous, as is the property. The sales pitch I noticed in so many reviews, for me, was easy to shut down as I flat said it's never going to happen.
The rest of the visit was super nice, friendly staff, the facility convenient to so many places. I walked around and felt comfortable and safe in the area.
I didn't have a car so no worries about the parking fees.
Austin is different, and a very cool town to visit. I recommend both the city and this Wyndham.

Stay away until they finish construction (March or April of 25) or make sure to be two floors way from it. If you like constant banging coming through for the entire day starting super early then it won’t be a problem. We were so fortunate to be one floor below and heard and smelled everything from the construction. Aside from the construction issues it’s a great place.

I stayed with Wyndham because I was in town for my ClioCon conference. I arrived in Austin by 11am and they were still able to check me in early. My 1 bedroom deluxe room was beautiful, clean and the view from my balcony was stunning. I was able to watch the sunset each evening from my room. Kudos to Bianca and Jason for checking me in early and making my visit amazing. Also the hotel was very quiet. I slept well every night. I will definitely be back with my family.

The condo itself was beautiful and clean. The staff was also very nice, however, it seems like Wyndham is just trying to get money from you. For starters, I expected a reasonable $100 cleaning deposit but was charged $250. My reservation was for 4 nights & 5 days but I let the check-in staff know that I would be checking out after 3 days & 2 nights. Parking is $35 a night, or at least it is advertised that way. Upon check in, I was still charged for 4 nights instead of 2, making my overall deposit $390, which I was not prepared for nor was it explained to me ahead of time. Upon checking out, I figured they would take my actual parking charge from the rather large $390 deposit, but no. They made me pay AGAIN at $70 for the 2 nights of parking I did use. So now I am up to $460. Flash forward to this morning, it’s Tuesday, I get a random $35 charge from Wyndham so I call, rather annoyed. They said I had to pay for parking for Sunday DAY, so 3 DAYS of parking vs the 2 nights I already paid for. I was confused as it’s advertised $35 A NIGHT, NOT A DAY. So now I have been charged a total of $495. I am SUPPOSED to receive the $390 deposit back in a whopping 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. I am very disappointed in the financial aspect of my stay and it ultimately caused me a ton of stress when this trip was a gift to my mother for her 55th birthday but I was scammed out of $495 that was supposed to go towards us having a good time. Now I am just hoping and crossing my fingers that I receive me full deposit back in a timely manner.

Great location in Austin. The rooms are wonderful, however, there are a few detrimental aspects to our visit. The parking garage is very poorly designed. I have a mid-sized car that was difficult to navigate around the multi-story parking garage and had to wait 15+ minutes to get in and out while waiting for other drivers to navigate the garage. Otherwise, I have no other complaints about the property itself. The presentation itself was well designed and the timeshare ownership program seemed put together. Unfortunately, the sales manager and after-sales person were fairly pushy which put my wife and me off from the idea of committing in the moment. The 2-hour long presentation also took an extra hour (3 hours) confined by multiple different salespeople attempting to convince us that we needed to purchase one of their timeshares. After the presentation, if you do not purchase, they are rather pushy and focus on getting you to leave as quickly as possible. So much so that they did not give my wife and me the initial incentive for attending the presentation (a voucher/coupon for one free night at a Wyndham location plus 45,000 Wyndham rewards points). I am sad that this experience has put us off on the prospect of purchasing a timeshare through Wyndham resorts which are not owned or run by Wyndham hotels.
