Location is great as everything is pretty close by. The rooms aren’t bad and have everything you need to stay awhile. My favorite part about the place though was Ms. Jessica who works the front desk. She checked us in our first night and explained everything thoroughly. Apart from that, she cares about her guests. She kept an eye out for us our entire stay and I felt safer just knowing she was there. Traveling out of town can be scary sometimes and staying somewhere you know you are cared about and being looked out for means so much. 10 stars for Ms. Jessica!

I stayed at this motel for a convention nearby and had a very disappointing experience. I arrived late at night, checked in, and went straight to bed. The next morning, I woke up to a strange screeching noise and noticed several roaches—three alive, two dead—around the room, with two more inside my dress shoes. Naturally, I went to the front desk to report the issue, assuming they would offer me a new room. Instead, the staff simply said they were calling pest control and weren’t sure if another room was available. I had to point out that staying in a room with roaches was not acceptable before it seemed to register, and only then did they move me to a room next door.

Unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better—it had an odd smell, but I decided to push through since I had business to attend to. When I returned late that night, I found yet another roach in the new room. Again, I contacted the front desk, but since it was after hours, I was told nothing could be done until morning. I had to insist once more about the situation, and it was only after two separate incidents that I was reluctantly moved. Throughout the whole ordeal, there was no offer of a complimentary stay or any genuine effort to make things right. The customer service was truly disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this motel based on my experience.

Only giving 1 star because I have too. My family checked in to stay here and upon getting there and getting ready to go to sleep, they pull out the sofa bed and it is completely covered in stains and mold. Absolutely unacceptable. They did get a refund but makes you wonder how often the furniture is being inspected and cleaned/replaced if needed.

This was a great stay at a great price! Cheletha was amazing and so nice always checking on how the room and the stay was. It was very clean and comfortable!

The location is right next to a freeway, and it is very nasty inside, and the rooms are not cleaned properly, I asked to be moved to another room because mine had holes in it and the Refrigerator looked like it was somebody’s punching bag, and when they moved me to another room it looked exactly the same and the side of the fridge wasn’t even cleaned the whole side of the fridge was dirty and the front was lightly wiped down, I asked for a refund, and the front desk said it would be back on my card within four hours and it wasn’t so I had to sleep in my car because that was all the money I had, then I tried to call the front desk but it keeps hanging up, if I were you I wouldn’t even waste your time on “”””””ANY Extended Stays”””, the rates are outrageous for the Quality of the stay it is literally worst then a motel 6, also I don’t see how they can even a charge $100 deposit free, when the rooms are already destroyed, “””BOOK @ YOUR OWN RISK “”””

I've never had to do this, as I rarely leave reviews, often to give people/businesses grace, but I'm redacting my previous statement. To make a long story short, I was there for a few months, working and transitioning my life. I gave them no issues, never irate, obnoxious, hard to deal with, or uncooperative. I actually thought I had built a decent report with the staff. My eyes would burn when taking a shower, like I was pepper-sprayed, every time I took one. I eventually found mold on the door and the cabinets. (There are also roaches, other bugs, and scorpions.) They told me they would have to move me to a different room on a different floor. When I got back to the room, they had wiped the mold off, so, I do not believe that proper inspection and precautions were executed to ensure the next guest's safety. Note that I had just gotten off of work and after a long day, had to move all of my belongings into another room, but I didn't give them any problems nor was I rude about it. A few weeks later, I ran into an unexpected financial situation. They brought in an entirely knew staff, except Cheletha, and the young lady at the front desk was nice and very understanding. The next day, I received a phone call from Cheletha, telling me that the manager said I had to leave but that she could give me 3-4 days. (THESE ARE EXACT WORDS. I DID NOT MISUNDERSTAND OR MISCONSTRUE). I said that's fine, I'll figure something out, and thank you. The next morning, a staff member knocked on the door asking me if I was checking out. I relayed to her what was told to me. She said that she would check with Cheletha. A few minutes later, both staff members came back to the room and Cheletha went back on her statement and reiterated that the GM said "No pay, no stay", which was understandable, however, I didn't appreciate the fact that she lied and pretended she never made that statement, which made me seem untrustworthy and untruthful. I told her my ride was at work and Cheletha then stated that she could give me until the end of the day. I responded that was fine. I began gathering my belongings around 3 P.M. The previous staff member who knocked on the door earlier came back and said Cheletha wanted to make sure I was leaving. I told her yes and that I was waiting on my ride. She said OK. After awhile, my ride reneged on me, leaving me to find an alternative way to get to my destination. Eventually, they sent a staff member, who I hadn't met before, to tell me that I had 30 minutes or they would call the cops on me. I told her that they could go ahead and call the cops and that the only reason I was still there is because my ride never showed and that I was trying to find a different way so that I could leave. She was not rude and just said OK. As I previously stated, with all that I had experienced, which could have immensely affected my health, I did not give anyone any problems nor was I ever rude to anyone. I could not believe that I was mishandled in that manner. I will not be returning. 'When you do well by people, they do well by you' is how it should be, and that was just not my experience. I would never threaten to call the cops on someone who's never even so much as raised their voice at me. This was an awful experience and I didn't deserve any of it, whatsoever.
