I wouldn’t even rate it for 1star. Staff are no help at all. I had reserved the place for 2nights with a advanced of 3 weeks. Requested a 2 bed and I only got 1. I was not sleeping next to the person I was with. So they end up sleeping in the floor. I went back 3 times to ask for my 2 beds that I had reserved for and all they would say is that they are ‘booked’. Apart of that, they let people drink outside the facility like if it was a party hang out. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you come with your family or need the actual rest you are paying for.

This is one of the worst hotels in the area. Breakfast is a joke. The front desk staff li to you. It’s been five days and the sheets on the bed were never changed. The front desk is telling me it was changed they change it every 3 day which is nasty indeed. His wife was trying to make him understand what I was saying but he was not listening when he went to check the house keeping records for the five days , the recording indicated that the sheets were never changed . He is the owner and he is taking about he will let management know. Please people don’t stay at this dilapidated hotel where those Indian people are very unfriendly. It is such a shame to have this facility open. I will contact the city of Cedar park tomorrow to have them visit this dirty place.I have asked for a refund but they are refusing to issue me my refund which I deserve. I had to ran out of their place . Where rum and beer drinking is prevalent nightly in the parking lot

Positive: "" Negative: The toilet was broken. The lever thar held chain was rusted and broken. So I had to reach in toilet to pull to flush everytime. Lots of things need fixing and the hotel smells musty and damp.

They refused to check me in 1pm and made me wait till 2 even though the room was ready unless I was willing to pay $25.||I encountered multiple bugs in the room||Bed was comfortable and linen was clean at least.||This hotel is away from Austin and the traffic/ constructions make it really bad to drive there.||Do not stay here unless you’re not paying more than $80 a night ||Breakfast lacked multiple items like coffee creamer and condiments.||Computer for guests doesn’t work properly.||Front desk personal aren’t friendly

Upon check-in and during my 2-night stay, the staff (front desk, cleaning staff) were not friendly. I was never greeted, though I spoke to them when checking-in and in passing. When we first got into our room, there were 3 take-out plates of food (presumably left by the last guests) in the mini fridge. There were small bugs in bathroom and the continental breakfast was subpar. The last straw was the cricket I discovered in my sons' hotel bed! I was waking up my younger son when I saw the live cricket walking under his armpit! When I reported the insect to the front desk receptionist and showed her the picture from my phone, she asked me if I "left the window open." I responded, "In this Texas heat? No, I did not leave the window open!" No sense of customer service, bugs in the room, and trash was left in the room. If I could rate this hotel with zero stars, I would.

Staff were fantastic. Room was nice, except for a musty smell. Breakfast options weren't stellar, but I think that's normal for a Quality Inn. The front door didn't seem handicap accessible, no button to open it automatically. Made wheeling luggage in a lot more difficult for one person using a cart. The security deposit is not mentioned on the website, this needs to be addressed immediately.
