Definitely a two star minus hotel with 3+ star prices. The exterior is not welcoming whatsoever and the rows of rooms looks like it was taken out of a ghetto. The room wasn’t bad, clean sheets and room except for hair in the bathroom near the sink. Good thing I had a cell phone as the clock was unplugged. The gentleman that checked me in was definitely five star! The lobby looked like somewhat of a storage area. Didn’t see an ice machine, I am sure there was one, but it wasn’t clearly marked. I had to leave by 5 am and to my utter disappointment and surprise there was NO HOT WATER! I guess that you get what you pay for. $122 for a poor two star! Florida Man Approved only if it’s the woods or this establishment.

So, as I travel going North, as a Choice member for long time, I booked the nearest Choice hotel available late night. I request the room that is not used by pet due to alergic reaction my family member have. The manager (he could be the owner) told me that all the room is clean after use everyday. When I get the key, I went and check the room and find out that the room smell horribly like dog shelter even the room did not use carpet.
Towel are yellowish.
Family member get it for 15 minute and starting to sneeze.
The worse part is when my wife spoke to the manager, she was told that nothing he can do but to cancel the reservation and give our money back. When I spoke to the manager face to face, he was try to smoth it out by saying I can tried to call other choice near by. I told him that I could do that too. We decide to stay somewhere else. As manager he should have pride on what he do. I rather sleep in car if I have too.

The online photos are definitely misleading. When I saw the outside in person I thought I'd made a mistake but when I opened the door to the room I knew I had.
It smelled terrible and looked dirty. I would never even get near the bed. I couldn't get a refund but left anyway an booked a room elsewhere.

We paid $200 a night. The room wasn't very clean. We had a stain on the wall and sheets. We had roaches in the room. The mattress are old and not comfortable. We had razor thin pillows. I would NEVER stay here again. This was not a $200 dollar a night room. STAY AWAY.

I like the fact it is so open as of 11/24, there are no close buildings to get in the beautiful view. Staff if great! They helped me every time I had to ask something. Thank you for letting me be comfortable. Sometimes we really need a break! Take the time to breathe, always, LaNeal

Positive: Room was clean. Negative: The bed was absolutely horrible. It was like sleeping on a box. There was no blanket and only 2 threadbare sheets. I almost went and slept in my car. Glad this was just a stop to sleep. Will not stay here again.

Standard room had what we needed, the water takes a few minutes to heat up before you hop in or you'll freeze. The staff didn't speak very clear English so there was a slight language barrier. After the 1st night we went to the office for breakfast & there was none. My wife asked the lady at the desk and it took a few tries to get her to communicate clearly enough that they do not offer breakfast. Which is fine but when booking a room on several booking sites it says they provide breakfast. They do not. Not a deal breaker just be prepared.

Rooms are super clean.

The size of the room was really good for 3 people.

The only downside was the beds.
The beds were uncomfortable and hard. There's not really much support for such a hard bed.

The A/C worked great.

The locks are good on the doors, and we felt safe. The chain lock was so short that we almost couldn't get it undone and thought we were going to have to call someone to help get us out!! ?

Check out is 10:00 AM. Which felt early after getting into town so late.
But the cleaning staff were pleasant and let us stay a little longer.

I would totally stay here again, and I highly recommend.
