- Zimmerkarten funktionieren nicht (dauerhaft muss man wieder zur Rezeption um die Zimmerkarte erneut aktivieren zu lass)
- es gibt leider keine Schließfächer, um seine Wertsachen wegzuschließen
-Frühstück: Erster Tag keine Teller mehr vorhanden, zweiter Tag nicht mal mehr Frühstück vorhanden (das Essen sei leider ausgegangen?‍♀️)
-Organisation mit den Zimmern klappt auch nicht wirklich gut. So kann es passieren, dass man bis 10 pm immer noch nicht weiß in welchem Bett man jetzt schlafen darf...

Ich würde das Hostel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen!

Great experience overall. Rooms are pretty basic but for a solo traveler like myself you can’t beat the price, plus the opportunity to meet people and hang out. The manager organized a group chat for us to meet and plan activities together, I went out with them one night to Disney Springs and had a great time. Like any hostel or other shared sleeping arrangements, you may have unavoidable issues like other guests snoring, but they provided earplugs to help with that. And if you’re not familiar with hostel stays, you have to make sure to come prepared with your own soap/shampoo. Definitely would stay here again on future solo travels.

Would not recommend even if you're just in the area for some interviews! Female staff were very rude to me and especially other Anglophone guests, and they were not warm, friendly, helpful or kind like Front Desk staff should naturally be towards customers paying their wages in a resort, hotel, motel, or hostel. Had my watch, that was purchased in 2016 (8 yrs old), stolen when left near my bed and found my smartphone was unplugged, moved and tampered with while charging and was sleeping. They had cameras all over the place like a prison yard for horny, lonely, voyeur DOC workers and also inside the hostel bedrooms (no joke) but would, conveniently, not access or review them when something was stolen like a typical entrapment ploy. After complaining others showed up and coincidentally started leaving their valuables like watches, wallets, money laying around hoping to catch/entrap somebody. Duhhh....then I was placed near the supposed manager/owner and he was doing video calls in the shared room then purposely aiming their motion detected, interior, bedroom camera, mounted on desk at the bathroom when I was exiting the bathroom after a shower. I had already said it was rude and disturbing and he said he was allowed to. Definitely not normal GM, managerial or straight man type behavior towards a guest in town visiting. Super creepy! Tried complaining to the front desk and they told me to call a number and got a voicemail service, tried emailing and got no response. Very, very poor customer service, badly trained and inexperienced front desk staff, and the breakfast (a fruit, waffle maker, bread, cereal) was there one day then half there the next. The pool was also closed and needed chemicals or repairs also. They also rent their BBQ grill per an hourly rate which didn't/doesn't get used except by their own staff or friends of staff. Who "rents" a grill at a hotel for an hourly rate?

I was actually surprised. The room was super clean, and it didn't feel like just another hostel. Breakfast could be better, but the staff made us feel so welcome. The pool is a nice touch, great for quick morning exercise before heading out..

Waffles call my name in the morning with some delicious coffee. As a traveler it is close to the mall and Universal and their is a chilli's right up the street. I love chilli's. The place is safe even being a woman. It's not perfect but it's safe and plenty of seating and pretty lights outside. Plus sometimes events are orchestrated for guests. The Mario restaurant next door has a beautiful bar and cheap beer, the restaurant has amazing food that is Columbian. This place, really isn't that bad. ?

Não tem shampoo, condicionador, sabão, nem chaleira. O secador de cabelos está estragado. Encontrei uma barata na mesa. Não sei se o lençol tinha sido trocado, estava bem amassado. Fui atrás de toalha e papel higiênico e consegui na recepção. A moça da recepção disse que tenho que reclamar para o dono do hostel que não fica lá.

The price was very agreeable and the complimentary breakfast made it a great bargain. It was quite close to the airport and central Orlando area. The staff was helpful and the rules straightforward. The rooms were a bit bare-bones and the bathroom needed some more amenities. Overall a very positive budget-friendly stay.

Life from Galaxies

Please tell your guests that this facility is a different hotel where a couple of dorm rooms are for hostel guests. I booked and thought sharing might be a good experience, but I could not sleep in the presence of other guests, have to get up and go outside, mostly kept awake the entire night. Not the best night, did not get any sleep with this arrangement of sharing with strangers and not feeling safe. I hope not to book any room with such a sharing arrangement in future as it is quite challenging to have a restful and sleeping night.
