Upon entering the hotel, the lobby gives a grand, luxurious impression that makes you excited to see your room. However, that excitement quickly fades as you make your way through the hallways, which are outdated and uninviting. One of the biggest concerns is the elevators, which haven’t been re-inspected or permitted since 2017. When I pressed the button for the elevator, it got stuck. Thankfully, this happened before I stepped inside, because I would’ve panicked if it had malfunctioned while we were in it.

The room itself had a terrible odor, likely due to the air conditioning unit, which seemed neglected. I doubt the filters had been cleaned in years, possibly not since 2017 or even longer. To make matters worse, breakfast is not included, and when we decided to give it a try, it was a disappointment. They charge $12 per person and $8 for kids, but the food was far from worth it. The bacon was burnt, and the self-serve waffles came out undercooked and unappetizing. The only decent thing was probably the banana.

We were so dissatisfied with the overall experience that we checked out a day early. I do not recommend staying here, as it is not worth the price or the stay.

First, the front desk staff was extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating. The lobby was well lit and newly remodeled. HOWEVER, the rest of the building is terrible. I’m unsure if it’s a smell of mold or what, but I laid down and could not breathe, so we checked out. The room is dated. The price point is cheap, but not worth compromising my lungs. Stay away if you have sensitive lungs, or allergies.

Only stayed for 1 night, but it was nice. The check-in guy was great. Very kind, great sense of humor ?
The elevator ? is super slow ? so be patient. Also, the elevator is in the back on the 1st floor, just FYI ?
We were on the 6th floor.
The room was fine, but the bed was too hard for me and I barely got sleep because of it, but that's okay.
The bar area was nice. The gentleman in charge of that was very kind, kept our drinks refilled & even made our pizza ? for us. We had a nice conversation with him.
For a hotel that is next to the highway, it was nice & quiet ?

Stayed 2 nights first of all hard to find building at night we past it twice due to very little signs…front desk was nice the first time we checked in from there they were rude the button on the phone in the room to call directly to front desk doesn’t work you go to voicemail you have to dial the hotel number when walking down the hallway to our room it smelt of weed all the way to our room once we got to the room it was terrible the tv barley worked for every 5 clicks on the remote it clicked maybe once and then there was also blood on over bed covers (we checked in at 11pm and my babies where tired we took off the blanket and used our own and called it a night) my boyfriend went and picked us up breakfast because the prices for the food was outrageous for very little food and when he walked in all the workers gave him disgusting looks we also had the cleaning ladies knocking on our door every hour it felt like asking if we needed them even with the do no disturb sign up… on our last night we asked for a late check out and front desk said we could check out at 1pm rather then 11 due to very little bookings we thought great our 2 year old will be able to get a nap in before we leave….at 12:25 we had banging on the door telling us to get out or pay for another night

They spent ALL the money on the WRONG areas of the hotel. The lobby is pretty and decorated. The outside looks appealing. However, the elevator is out of service and we are on the sixth floor. The lamp in our room doesn’t even stand up straight. It’s about on its last leg. The TV in our room, the stand is broken and leans completely forward. The Internet says it’s connected but doesn’t work. when you call the front office they give you the support number for the actual Internet company. Did I mention the phone in the room is just for decoration you have to use your cell phone to call the front office. The hallways are dirty. The paint in the room is chipping at the ceiling. I could go on, but I think this review is long enough. I advise staying elsewhere.
