Geräumiges Zimmer und Badezimmer aber wie immer viel zu laut, da die Fenster nicht isoliert sind und halt direkt in der Innenstadt wo ständig Polizei, Feuerwehr oder Krankenwagen zu hören sind. Rezeption sollte besetzt sein. Wir haben aber bisher niemanden angetroffen. Ist aber bei Problemen Telefonisch erreichbar. Hatten aber schon deutlich besseren Service und bessere Hotellage zu niedrigeren Preisen. Parkplätze sind nicht vorhanden, deshalb mussten wir ausserhalb Parken, was 40$ pro Tag kostet.

This hotel is bad. Period. Full stop. No idea who is giving it 5 stars, but I suspect it is the owner -- who runs an AirBnB scam. We put in a reservation for a house he had -- then claimed "plumbing problems" and tried to put us in this dump for the same money. It looks like we aren't the only ones they have done this to. It is a really awful place in an awful location. In the no joke category, it smells of urine in the lobby (cat? dog? human? not sure, but not pleasant). LA has so many great places to stay. Skip this one.

I don’t usually write any reviews but i had to write this so people don’t book in here and don’t get catfished by the pictures posted. This was the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed at, it was such a horrible experience. I had work to get to at 8am the next day and i barely had any sleep.
I want my money back!!!
1. The location is very very very sketchy, first the hotel outside walls were covered with graffiti, then there were very young girls standing outside with barely any clothes and the receptionist was talking to them. Then there were a bunch of homeless people all over the street. It didn’t feel safe at all.
2. We couldn’t sleep at night at all!!!!! The walls are super thin.. there were police and fire trucks sirens going on all night and it felt like we’re staying on the street. Then at 2:52AM there were 3 veryyyy loud people on our floor that were screaming and laughing and talking very loud for almost an hour and no one talked to them.
3. Over night or even in the morning there was no one at the front desk to talk to or complain to about the loudness or change our room.

Upon arrival, the front desk will ask for your phone number to text information on your room number, room code and the codes for the gates. The hotel may be in a bit of shady location but they have a bunch of security cameras throughout the hotel and security codes on 2 doors before you can get inside the hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The AC worked great and the stay itself was very nice. Only giving 4 stars because the bathroom amenities (body wash, shampoo, conditioner) weren’t topped off when I arrived at the hotel. Parking can be a bit hard to find. The best and cheapest spot would be right in front of the hotel of course (I used the app to pay for the parking meter)but there are also several parking lots surrounding the hotel that charge $$. I used the parking spot on the other side of the hotel which was small and you had to pay through the app. Don’t recommend the big parking lot on the other side of the hotel, the guy tried to charge is $20 for 3 hours. Nice stay! Would definitely consider rebooking with this hotel. I didn’t get to try the food and drinks in this hotel.

The owner always answered and was very helpful and polite, location is cool, view was cool, pet friendly with $100 dollar deposit. Extremely clean inside, was very surprised tbh. Rooms are immaculate, property is secure, theres like 3 codes to get in. Honestly if I ever need to stay in dtla again, I'm booking a room here again.

This is one of those "if I could give zero stars I would" reviews. The place is awful. We didn't do a lot of scouting only to find that the places is "steps away from skid row." Seriously. Not a joke. And if the scene on the street is unappealing, wait until you get inside. Everything is painted black. Why? Because a couple of Bro's thought it was a good look. The lobby smelled of disinfectant. The rooms as well. The light fixture in the ceiling was missing and wiring exposed. Bad. Avoid.

I booked early and cheap, but this hotel canceled my reservation without notice. When I inquired about it, there was no response. They disrespect their customers too much.
They may kick early booking customers to get higher price customers.

When I inquired, there was no response. It is true. I thought payment is supposed to be made locally. If there is a problem with the card, they should contact the customer. Kicking them unilaterally is not a good idea.
